3. Purpose of the App

SmartBehavior helps you recognize unconscious habits such as touching your face or nail biting. For this purpose, the app uses your device's camera for local analysis of your movements.

4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1 Camera Access

The app requires access to your device's camera to analyze your movements in real-time.

🔒 Important: Image data is processed exclusively locally on the device. There is no transmission, storage or evaluation of video data on external servers.

No photos or videos are taken or stored.

4.2 No Registration & No Data Collection

The app can be used completely without registration or entering personal data.

No data is collected, stored or transmitted that would allow conclusions about your identity.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of:

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Processing for contract performance – app usage)

6. Storage and Deletion

Since the app works completely locally, no personal data is permanently stored. All locally stored app settings can be deleted at any time via the operating system (e.g., through app uninstallation).

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
